SIR LANCELOT

HOW TO LOAD
Place the cassette in the tape recorder and
make sure that the tape is fully rewound.
Connect the cassette to your Spectrum
computer as described in your Spectrum
manual.

Type LOAD and press ENTER. The
program takes just under two minutes to load.

If you should have problems in loading, try
adjusting the volume and tone settings on your
tape recorder and try again.

PLAYING THE GAME
It is your task as Sir Lancelot to investigate the
24 rooms in the castle and to collect all the
things of use to you as you go.

These items may come in many forms, but you
will be able to recognise them on the screen as
they flash colours.

This task sounds simple, but to pass through
each room you must collect all the items present
in that room and then reach the exit. The other
problems you will have to face are the animals
guarding the treasure.

Fortunately you are given four life restorers -
these are your only hope of survival.

HOW TO CONTROL SIR LANCELOT
Only three keys are needed to control Sir
Lancelot. These are LEFT, RIGHT, and JUMP.
The keyboard has been configured as follows:

    Q, E, T, U, or O	Move Left
    W, R, Y, I, or P	Move Right
    Shift to Space	Jump

The game is also compatible with a whole variety
of Joysticks.
